Filter cartridge and filter material

In the industry dust filter bag paste bag, the phenomenon of hardening is very common. In the desulphurization industry, sulfur dioxide is generated after burning during the coal burning process, and the direct capture cost is relatively high. Sulfur dioxide is easy to be attached to dust particles. If a certain amount of chemical material-calcium hydroxide lime powder is added, calcium sulfate is generated through chemical reaction and attached to the filter material of the filter cylinder, the effect of dust collection can be achieved. But in the chemical reaction to produce water and tar, easy to produce paste bags, hardening, dedusting efficiency decreased, while sulfur dioxide dissolved in water to produce sulfuric acid, sulfuric acid is corrosive, causing damage to the filter material. When cleaning up, it is necessary to blow down the cemented material on the filter cylinder, which requires greater injection pressure and frequency. The larger injection pressure and frequency will aggravate the wear of the filter material, and the life of the filter material will greatly decrease. It is difficult to remove the tar and other viscous substances attached to the surface of the filter material. The filter material used for a long time should be cleaned regularly. Therefore, in the desulfurization industry, the need for acid resistance, high temperature resistance, strength, wear-resistant, easy to clean the filter material.

Filter cartridge size limitation of filter cartridge

Due to the limitation of the filter wind speed and the height of the filter cylinder, the treatment air volume of the dust collector cannot meet the requirements. In order to meet the needs of the dedusting process, the length of the filter barrel was increased to 1400mm in the design, and the filtration area was significantly increased. After the increase of the length, in order to adapt to the condition of high concentration of dust, the creases of the filter barrel were widened to 2.5-12mm during the production, so that the dust entering during dusting and filtration could be easily removed, so as to avoid the accumulation and retention of dust in the creases of the filter barrel. The filter cylinder filter used by novo is suitable for many industries and has high filtration efficiency, up to 99.99% for submicron particles. Low filtration resistance, low energy consumption and low operating cost, because of the surface filtration, in their own cleaning, dust particles are easy to discharge, and compared with the bag filter, the replacement of dust filter core is convenient. At the same time, the volume of the filter is greatly reduced by adopting the filter cylinder structure. This type of dust collector is very practical in the case that it is widely used in the process equipment of the workshop, the workshop space is small and the dusting air volume is large.

The common arrangement of the filter barrel is vertical and horizontal. Vertical ash removal effect is better, but it takes up a larger space. Fine dust particles are easy to be blown up again and cause secondary dust. Horizontal type is generally a downstream type, the filtering effect is better, but dust in the upper filter cylinder will affect the lower filter cylinder when cleaning ash, cleaning ash is not uniform. Novo's professional engineers have studied a rotary filter cylinder dust collector, which has higher efficiency but higher discharge concentration than the bag filter. The main reason is that the filtration time of the filter material is too short, the frequency of ash removal is high, the surface of the filter material is not deposited, and a large amount of dust is involved in the filtration.

At present, the glass fiber filter is a kind of simple structure, easy to use and has a high efficiency of catching dust device. The glass fiber filter cylinder has a small diameter and a large filtration area, so it can be used as an internal sampling device and placed directly inside the flue, avoiding the possibility of dust particles deposition in the longer sample tube during external sampling. Heating and heat preservation measures may also be taken without condensation of water vapor in the flue.
